This is a full featured, fast, and reliable mailing list service complete with a web interface for administrators and users, digests and index options, and searchable archives:

Restrictions on use: * Individual or non-profit use only: the Dundee E-Mail Personal List Services services are only available to individuals and non-profit organizations and may not be used for any commercial purposes to include any solicitation or offering of items and/or services for sale.. Click here for our commercial e-mail list programs.
* Unsubscribe instructions: Dundee E-Mail Personal List Services lists that are open for public subscription must carry a footer with instructions on unsubscribing from the list to reduce the number of messages sent to our staff by people trying to leave the list. Unsubscribe instructions must also be included in the list's welcome message.
* Maximum list size: the Dundee E-Mail Personal List Services are intended for lists up to 1,000 subscribers. For larger Personal or Non-Profit lists, you should choose one of our commercial list plans.
* Maximum traffic and message size: you may not post more than an average of 100 messages per day per calendar month.

Price list
Setup is FREE. After that, there is a monthly hosting charge and a monthly volume surcharge for messages exceeding the included messages.

Setup charge
The initial setup charge is FREE!

Note that setup only covers the creation and initial set-up of the list. If you need assistance with importing subscribers from a database program or importing archives from another mailing list, we can provide this service at an additional fee.

Hosting charge

The monthly recurring charge (MRC) is $23.95

Covers subscribes, unsubscribes, hello messages and other administrative messages plus archives and search engines, if applicable. This also includes the first 10,600 messages (based on a 10k message) sent.

Volume surcharge

The monthly volume surcharge is $0.75 per 1000 messages

The cost will be actual messages sent if you surpass your included messages. You only pay for what you use, subject to the minimum monthly charge. Digests and indexes are billed as one message. You are only charged for messages that are distributed to your mailing list. These prices are based on an message size of 10k. If you are planning to send messages larger than 10k these prices do not apply. Messages larger than 10k are calculated in increments of 1k. For example, if you sent a message that was 12k in size, you would be charged for 1.2 messages
Pricing examples:

The monthly list hosting fee formula is:

list fee = basic hosting fee + (volume surcharge * size multiplier)

A moderately active list of 170 subscribers sends 6 messages a day in a 31 day month for a total of 31,620 messages 10k in size. Using the formula above:

$23.95 + ((((31,620 - 10,600)/1000)*$0.75) * 1) = $39.71

An extremely active list of 70 subscribers sends 100 messages a day in a 31 day month for a total of 217,000 messages 10k in size. Using the formula above:

$23.95 + ((((217,000 - 10,600)/1000)*$0.75) * 1) = $178.75

Vanity or Virtual Domain Name:
This feature allows a user to have the address read to the destination of their choice.
For example: @dundee.net. Additional fees apply.

*List Set-up: Note that this charge only covers the creation and initial set-up of the list.
If you need assistance with importing subscribers from a database program, or importing
archives from another mailing list, we can provide this service at an additional fee.

**Monthly Recurring Charges: Covers subscribes, unsubscribes, hello messages, surveys,
and other administrative messages plus archives, search engines, refer-a-friend, URL and
open tracking, if applicable. Also includes a number of message units based on your
selected Service Type (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

included with your selected Service Type. You only pay for what you use, subject to the
minimum monthly charge. Digests and indexes are billed as one message. You are only
charged for messages that are distributed to your mailing list. These prices are based on
a message unit size of 10k. If you are planning to send messages larger than 10k these
prices do not apply. Messages larger than 10k are calculated in increments of 1k. For
example, if you sent a message that was 12k in size, you would be charged for
1.2 message units.
