"Pat and Rick consistently provide amazing support and terrific service - and at a very reasonable cost.

They're also very flexible; our needs are always accommodated, even when what we need is a little outside the mainstream. We view them not as "vendors," but as friends and a key part of our team."

I want to know:

How are rejected emails handled? When is an email address considered to be inactive?

We will try to send a message 6 times—one initial send and five retries over a 48 hour period. If a mail server reports that an address is permanently non-deliverable, we will only attempt to deliver to it once for that mailing.

Sequential Mailings

As your subscription list grows you may look into target emails that are triggered mailings. These emails can be sent out in a sequence depending on the action of your subscriber. The predetermined emails can be set to be sent out at different time/day intervals to your subscribers who meets a certain criteria or preformed a certain action, such as joining your list or clicking on a link.

To start your sequential mailing you create your content messages that you want sent in automatically to each subscriber. The messages can be personalized mailings based on your client's actions. There are then 2 additional easy steps to continue setting up your sequential mailings.

When you are creating your content you can also select other options like "Detect HTML capability,  Track all URLs and Track opens."

3 steps to create Sequential Mailings:

  • Create the content of the message
  • Create a Triggered Segment
  • Create a Sequential Mailing
