The cell phone. I call my clients on a routating calendar, tell them what we have on sale, chat and remind them they are my best Client. I use email to send ecards. The cell phone works.

I just started using email to send sale filers. I have changed services three times, because the features I think I need are not offered by every email provider, and then some, like Lyris HQ or Blue Hornet are over kill. I’m looking for a reasonable priced all featured email service provider.

Any personal contact is good, we like to send out snail mail post cards every so often. But you will find, email lists work very well too.

Email can be used in a number of ways, written now sent later, include pictures, sent after a purchase, forward to a frend, used as a reference and so forth and email can be written at anytime.
You might consisider combining the two, cell phone contact on occassion, and email list marketing. AND when you call, ask them for their email address and permission to put them on your mailing list.
